Well, you have to admit that everyone CAN draw just how well each person can draw. But this is no limit to stop anyone from drawing! Everyone here are some of the picture that an ordinary person like you and me drew, pretty impressive eh!
So, want to draw like them? The most important message that most artist want to get through people is: to draw more and more, simply practice and practice and practice! And these fan arts have come from dozens of doodles and guess want other people's drawings! (I'm not saying that you should copy everyone else's work, but to develop your own style WHILE getting ideas from others*but not copying!).
